As Head of Growth & Business Development at Labile, you will lead the growth and new business function for our client services arm. This is the agency side of Labile, where we work with brands and private individuals on strategy, positioning, campaigns, content, creative production, and full-service marketing execution.
Your role will focus on building a more predictable system for winning the right clients. You will be responsible for identifying strong-fit markets, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, creating partnership channels, managing the sales pipeline, leading commercial conversations, and converting opportunities into paying client work.
This is a full-time leadership role with responsibility for the firm’s growth and business development department. You will be expected to own the function end-to-end, from commercial strategy and prospecting systems to proposals, follow-ups, pipeline reporting, and revenue outcomes.
You will work closely with leadership and the creative, strategy, and production teams to understand what Labile can deliver, where the strongest commercial opportunities are, and how our services should be presented to prospective clients.
This role requires someone who can build from a developing base. You should be able to assess the agency’s current services, past work, client opportunities, and market position, then turn that understanding into a practical growth system. You should be comfortable creating structure where it is missing, testing routes to market, opening doors, managing commercial relationships, and holding yourself accountable to measurable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands agency business development, knows how professional services are sold, and has the discipline to build a pipeline that does not depend on chance, passive referrals, or occasional inbound interest. We are looking for someone who can help Labile win better clients, build stronger commercial relationships, and scale the agency side of Labile through a structured, measurable, and repeatable business development system.
