As Labile continues to grow, technology is becoming a more important part of how we operate and serve clients. We manage several internal websites and digital platforms across our brands, and we are also building website development into a stronger client service. This requires experienced technical leadership, reliable systems, strong development standards, and clear ownership of every website and digital product under Labile.
We are looking for someone who can lead this function, manage technical delivery, maintain our internal platforms, supervise junior developers, and build the systems needed to deliver high-quality websites for our clients. The person must be able to understand the technical details, make sound decisions, identify risks, solve problems, and ensure every project meets the required standard before launch.

As Head of Tech & Web Development at Labile, you will lead the company’s technology function while remaining directly responsible for development. You will set the technical direction for Labile’s websites and digital platforms, make the key technology decisions, and personally build the systems and features that support our owned brands.
You will take ownership of the continued development of Labile’s internal platforms. You will plan and execute new builds, improve existing websites, develop important features, resolve complex technical problems, and ensure that each platform remains reliable, secure, scalable, and suited to the needs of the business.
You will also lead the technical delivery of websites and web-based solutions developed for clients. You will translate client and creative requirements into clear technical solutions, determine the architecture and development approach, define the resources and timelines required, and oversee delivery from technical discovery through launch.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You should be technically strong enough to build, debug, review implementations, solve difficult problems, and step into delivery as needed. You should also be able to manage several projects at the same time, delegate effectively, make sound technical decisions, and ensure that external contributors deliver as agreed.
You will work closely with the Creative Director, Growth and Business Development team, project leads, and senior management to ensure that technical decisions support creative requirements, client expectations, delivery timelines, and commercial objectives. You will also shape the structure and long-term direction of the Tech and Web Development department as Labile’s digital platforms and client services expand.
