What is this Role About?

As Sales & Business Development Associate at Labile, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of growth strategies, assisting in securing new business opportunities, and helping to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will contribute to translating client needs into strategic solutions that align with our media and communications objectives.

This role is for an enthusiastic and growth-oriented professional who understands that meaningful business development goes beyond simple sales. It requires the ability to identify opportunities, interpret market trends, understand why our solutions matter, connect them to our brand’s capabilities, and help clients achieve their objectives.

You will support lead generation, networking, industry engagement, and the broader systems that affect how we acquire and retain clients. You will be expected to contribute with commercial awareness, assist in identifying valuable business opportunities, help develop pitches, and support efforts to produce results that are timely, rigorous, and aligned with our growth targets.

At Labile, we build for how audiences and clients consume information today. This means your work will involve assisting in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to specific client objectives. Your role is to support the client acquisition process, from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
