At Labile, we love to believe there is no box so that we can think without limits. We are a media company building bold, relevant, and impactful brands for today’s audiences. Through our work, we create stories, content, and editorial products that inform, engage, and connect with people in meaningful ways. We care deeply about quality, originality, and the power of strong storytelling to shape culture, spark conversation, and drive real audience connection.
As we continue to grow our editorial operations, we are looking for people who are thoughtful, curious, disciplined, and excited to help shape ambitious media products in a fast-moving environment. At the heart of our work is a commitment to creativity, grit, clarity, and execution, which reflects in our core values, POGBA. We value people who think sharply, work intentionally, and bring fresh ideas to the table. We are building an environment where strong editorial thinking, collaboration, and innovation can thrive, and we are always looking for people who are in the same “headspace” as we are.
If you care deeply about strong storytelling, understand the importance of editorial quality, and want to contribute meaningfully to a growing media company, we’d love to hear from you.
As Senior Content Writer II (Features) at Labile, you will play an important role in developing thoughtful, engaging, factual, and well-written feature stories for one of our editorial brands. You will be responsible for researching, writing, and shaping longer-form and feature-led story packages that bring depth and strong human perspective to the newsroom’s output.
This role calls for a writer who understands how to turn promising ideas into memorable stories through structure, clarity, reporting, and strong narrative instinct. You should be able to identify the emotional and editorial center of a story, develop it, and present it in a way that feels meaningful, well-paced, memorable, and relevant to the audience.
You will contribute to feature stories across a range of themes, including but not limited to public life, identity, culture, work, memory, social behaviour, and everyday experiences that deserve more depth and stronger storytelling treatment. Depending on the assignment, you may work on profiles, narrative explainers, human-interest stories, reported essays, archive-led deep dives, and other feature packages that require more than straightforward daily reporting.
At Labile, we build for how audiences consume information today. This means your work may move across formats and platforms. Your role is to contribute strong writing, clear structure, meaningful research, and thoughtful story development across these formats.
This role is ideal for a writer who is curious, research-driven, disciplined, emotionally intelligent, and eager to produce feature work that is clear, layered, and genuinely worth people’s attention.
