At Labile, we love to believe there is no box so that we can think without limits. We are a media and marketing company building bold, relevant, and impactful brands for today’s audiences. Through our work, we create stories, content, and editorial products that inform, engage, and connect with people in meaningful ways. We care deeply about quality, originality, and the power of strong storytelling to shape culture, spark conversation, and drive real audience connection.

As we continue to grow our editorial operations, we are looking for people who are thoughtful, curious, disciplined, and excited to help shape ambitious media products in a fast-moving environment. At the heart of our work is a commitment to creativity, grit, clarity, and execution, which reflects in our core values, POGBA. We value people who think sharply, work intentionally, and bring fresh ideas to the table. We are building an environment where strong editorial thinking, research, collaboration, and innovation can thrive, and we are always looking for people who are in the same “headspace” as we are.

If you care deeply about strong storytelling, understand the importance of editorial quality, and want to contribute meaningfully to a growing media company, we’d love to hear from you.

What is this Role About?

As Senior Reporter I (Politics) at Labile, you will lead political reporting for one of our editorial brands and play a central role in shaping how political stories are identified, reported, and developed for today’s audiences.

This role is for a Senior Reporter who understands that meaningful political journalism goes far beyond documenting statements, events, and official activity. It requires the ability to follow power closely, interpret policy clearly, connect governance to everyday life, and help audiences understand why political developments matter in practical and human terms.

You will be responsible for finding and developing political stories with depth, relevance, and strong editorial value. This includes stories around governance, elections, public institutions, public policy, civic life, accountability, and the real impact of political decisions on people’s lives. You will be expected to approach the beat with curiosity, rigor, and strong editorial judgment, always looking for the angle that makes a story clearer, sharper, and more meaningful.

At Labile, we build for how audiences consume information today. This means your work will often move across formats and platforms. Depending on the story, you may be developing a full written report, a video script, a carousel copy deck, or a broader story package designed for both editorial depth and audience reach. Your role is to own the editorial substance of the story from reporting and research to structure, clarity, and final development.

This role is ideal for someone who is politically aware, deeply curious, and committed to building reporting that is timely, contextual, factual, and genuinely useful. If you care about helping audiences make sense of power and public life through strong reporting and sharp storytelling, this role will give you the opportunity to do exactly that.
