At Labile, we love to believe there is no box so that we can think without limits. We are a media and marketing people who love to create, curate, grow, nurture, and every other adjective you can think of to qualify content that engages, educates, entertains, and drives revenue.
As we expand our reach and voice, the work we do continues to evolve. The ideas get bolder, the challenges get more interesting, and the solutions require minds that are curious, organised, and ready to learn. We are opening this internship program to individuals who want real exposure to how a modern marketing agency works across content, design, strategy, account management, and creative execution.
If you have ever wondered how ideas turn into campaigns, how teams collaborate to bring concepts to life, and how clients are managed from brief to delivery, Labile is a good place to learn, contribute, and stretch yourself through real work and real expectations.
This internship is a four month paid program designed to give you structured, practical exposure to how a marketing agency actually works. It is not a theory based or spectator style internship. You will rotate across different departments so you can understand how ideas move from concept to execution and how all the moving parts inside an agency come together to deliver the magic that is seen externally.
During your time at Labile, you will be exposed to the core areas that drive our day to day operations. Content writing and editorial work, social media and community management, brand and campaign strategy, creative design and production, client services and account management, and general operations that keep the agency running smoothly.
Again, you will not be tied to one department for the entire four months. Instead, you will work with different teams, handle real tasks based on business needs, and learn how to collaborate, communicate, and deliver within a professional environment. However, the goal is not to overwhelm you. The goal is to challenge you, teach you, and help you build practical experience that actually counts as you grow in your marketing career.
Please note that this internship is also performance driven. In other words, a small number of top performing interns may be considered for full time roles at the end of the program. There is no automatic employment. What happens after the four months depends on your growth, consistency, and the quality of your contribution as a whole.
Because this is a rotational program, your responsibilities will change as you move across departments. However, throughout the internship, you should expect to:
